I'm Too Soxy For My Sox

I thought this day would never come! I have been like a child, eagerly checking the mailbox every day, waiting for that one important package that would make me so happy. And today it finally came!

I got my socks from the Sexy Sox Club!

I almost didn't want to open them because the envelope was so pretty. Look!

Isn't that the prettiest piece of mail anyone could ever get?

But then I got over myself and ripped that puppy open because I knew the contents were going to be just as wonderful. And I was not disappointed!

Wanna see my sox? Do ya?

Here they are after I ripped them out of their yellow tissue paper. I immediately had to try them on and take pictures. It was like I was making sock porn!

These are my Croc sox. They even have an adorable little croc on the back. Here he is.

Isn't he the cutest thing?

The next pair I was so elated to see because I had sent a pair of blue ones to Lori but I was secretly wishing that I had ordered myself a pair to because I loved them so much.

I give you the Converse Socks!

I just love these!

Then there were the WTFF socks that are just adorable!

I don't know what's going on with them but I love them!

And you know I saved the best for last right? Elastic knew I had been drooling all over her pair of sushi socks but those days are no more because I now own my very own Sushi Sox!!!!

Aren't they just amazing?

I have to say a huge THANK YOU to Elastic for sending me such wonderful soxs! I was over joyed! Thank you thank you thank you!

The red ones with the laces look a bit like WonderWoman's shoes...

Personally I have millions of pairs of black socks, since it doesn't matter if you wear odd ones.

Helena only ever wears socks with cows on them.

Now all you need is a pair of transparent shoes...

Brian- I was wondering why you didn't join the sock exchange? You could have gotten some really cool ones too you know!

I wonder if they still make jelly shoes? They were transparent. I'll have to look into it.

Okay, brace yourself because I'm about to tell you something that could totally transform the way you look at your fellow bloggers forever.......I ordered the high-top sneaker socks at first sight because I LOVED them! Then my heart sank when I saw you sent a pair to Lori. So much for originality. And then.......another blogger sent me a birthday present. Guess what it was? Yep, Pink high-top socks!! And then.....another sox swapper e-mailed me that she was running late sending her package. She ordered high-top socks too.

Bloggy people. We are so different and yet so much the same. :)

The socks I REALLY wanted to get you?

It was a pair through a Gay Pride store on ebay. They were just plain white but the sides said "ORGASM DONOR" on it. OMG I laughed and laughed when I saw those and knew they would be perfect. Alas, the guy wanted 5.50 to ship one pair of socks from Indiana. I love you, Tracy but not enough to spend 11 bucks on one pair of socks.

I'm hoping if everything goes smoothly with the sox swap thing that maybe I'll host a Christmas ornament exchange sometime in November.

Do you secretly work as a professional sock model?

Thats soxtastic ...never knew that there was so much to the whole sock thing ! must be woman thing ;)

I spent $15 on one pair of socks...but when they show up I think they might be worth it. lol PLUS I shipped a whole package of 'other' socks...I can't wait till MY exchanger gets hers!!!

Tracy, those are SO cool! LMAO at the croc on the back! And we can be twins without having the same colors! LOVE IT!

I am insanely jealous that you shared sox with Elastic before I did.

they are Kewl

Bee- Thank you. I can't wait to see yours!

Alice- Thank you. I can't wait for you to get yours and show them to me too!

Dan- The Converse ones are way cool! I used to wear the shoes all the time in high school but now I'd just look like a twenty something trying to look 15 again. But now I have the socks so only I (and the world wide web) will know.
And I don't know if they make socks that look like feet. I'll look into it and get back to you.

Elastic- One thing you can say about all of us is that we've got great taste!
And I totally understand about the pricey sox. Although, they sound right up my ally. I may have to try to find them cheaper. If I do, I'll get you a pair too.
Oh and as for the sock model thing, I'll never tell. ;)
Oh and you can count me in on the ornament swap!

Nicey- Oh we women LOVE our socks. In fact, I put as much thought into my socks as I do the rest of my outfit. They're very important.

Lori- I hope they're worth it. Post pictures to let us know!

Jean Knee- Ha! I got to her before you did! Take that!

Sorry I deleted my two comments. My brain is seriously not working today.

What I wrote in the other comment was: yes they still make Jelly shoes...I've even seen cheap pairs for adults in the dollar section at Target before.

The other thing I said was: I really like the sox that look like sneakers. And I'd be interested in knowing the site your friend saw the "Orgasm Donor" sox at. lol
